...de facto, a presença física é o nosso cartão de visita, mas todas as mudanças devem ser feitas para nós nos sentirmos bem, não porque os outros nos exigem essas mudanças. E quando ganho peso, preocupo-me, mas por uma questão de saúde, não porque se tiver menos 20 kg todos irão gostar mas de mim. Não vão. E as pessoas que me interessam na vida não irão deixar de gostar de mim se eu não estiver maquilhada, se não tiver aspecto de modelo ou não usar roupas caras. Gostam de mim pelo que sou, não pelo que tenho ou aparento. Este vídeo é uma boa mensagem para todos, especialmente quem sofre ou sofreu distúrbios alimentares, como a anorexia ou a bulimia. As mudança que queremos fazer na nossa vida têm de partir de dentro... e sermos nós a querer mudar!!!...
